what to watch tonight · tuesday, november 3
Tonight offers one very real event, one extremely unreal Western, and a romantic comedy for anyone who has reached their daily allowance of maps. Pick an evening, not a homework assignment.
7 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. CT: america decides
CBS · America Decides: Election 2026 · live coverage. CBS has election coverage in its November 3 evening schedule. Check your local station; the usual Tuesday entertainment lineup is not the safe assumption tonight.

new on demand: bass x machina
Netflix · season 1 · available November 3 in the US. LeSean Thomas’s adult animated Western puts Brian Tyree Henry in a world of machines, outlaws and supernatural threats. A father’s attempt to protect his family supplies the human stakes; the steampunk frontier supplies the spectacle.
Choose this for a new series with a very different visual appetite from the election desk. Watch Bass X Machina and its official trailers · Netflix’s November release calendar · Official US press listing.
catch-up: nobody wants this
Netflix · season 3 · already on demand, not a Tuesday premiere. Kristen Bell and Adam Brody’s romantic comedy is the lighter alternative. A relationship between a podcaster and a rabbi gives the show plenty of competing expectations before anybody has to choose something for dinner.
