    Nobody wants to say it, but I think they are going to the forbidden merger and getting rid of NBC lets Comcast and the newly enlarged Cox Spectrum merge.

      that makes more sense to me, as well
      the regulatory play being “it’s ok now because there’s so much competition from mobile broadband”

        And you get rid of NBC specifically to avoid the regulatory pain that the FCC would bring for not being a MAGA network.
